Produced in the Netherlands, and the USA from the 1960s, Pyrosil was a subsidiary of Corning Ware USA.
The designs reflects American Modernism, and the Cornflower illustration, which imitates an Edwardian woodcut, is by an American commercial artist: Joseph Baum. It became a a very popular design for the company.
