A mid-century Modica Keramiek vase, model 606, produced in Gouda, Netherlands, during the 1960s.
The form balances a wide flaring rim with a strong pedestal base, its surface decorated with bands of raised geometric dots. Finished in a vivid vermillion-orange glaze, the vase catches light across its relief pattern, giving depth and texture to the colour.
A fine example of Dutch modernist ceramics — bold in tone, architectural in profile, and well suited to both display and use.
