A beautifully balanced vase in cool blue-grey glass. Its tall, contemporary silhouette makes it perfect for long stem flowers — but it also stands confidently on its own as a sculptural piece.

Part of a series by Finnish designer Tamara Aladin for Riihimäki Glassworks in the early 1970s, it works exceptionally well clustered with other colours from the range, or as a single understated centrepiece.

The base has gentle weight and depth, giving it that quiet Riihimäki assurance — light-catching, minimal, and characterful.

Condition:

Very good vintage condition with light signs of age — consistent with its 50 years of use and making.
