Original 1960's SIMPLEX 3 Sectional Blonde Oak Library Bookcase / Drinks / Cocktail / Display Cabinet.
Lovely midcentury utlitarian design, and a great example of this original 1960's 3 Sectional SIMPLEX Cabinet design, which has a multitude of possible uses. The sliding doors - in glass and wood - are straight from the De Stijl design book.
I like the details of the sliding glass doors with their recessed handles, no room for decoration; and the metal handles in the doors too: British utilitarian design at its finest - the design flits between Scandinavian modernism, and British art deco.
The sectional nature of its design makes it easy to transport from room to room, or property to property.
