A lamp which needs little introduction - for its utility and design elegance. Designed by the internal design team of Anglepoise, and manufactured by Herbert Terry & Sons Ltd., later named Anglepoise Lighting Ltd., Hampshire, United Kingdom.
The beige colour of this lamp was named "mushroom grey". This is a rare early versions (1973 - 1975) which has the company name stamped in the metal. - later versions have a sticker in the lampshade.
A beautiful example of this iconic design and in museum quality display condition.
