Whitefriars ruby red, three sided glass bowl designed by Geoffrey Baxter, pattern number 9516.

Baxter’s work is heavily influenced by Scandinavian modernism.

This lovely small, weighted bowl has obvious references to Scandinavian glassmaking - and it captures the light beautifully.

Very contemporary colour, organic muscular shape.

Some light surface marks on the base underneath.
